Shipping Information

We aim to get your items to you as quickly as we can. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email.

For international orders, please check with your local customs regarding to the import tax&duties, the receiver is responsible for this payment. You can contact us at contact@helor.com.au for more international shipping questions. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Should you find your purchased item(s) is faulty or damaged in some way, we are happy to offer returns & exchanges. If such unlikely circumstances occur, we ask that you contact us as soon as you can. 

Where the items are not to your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund on the costs of the items, this does not include shipping. Items should be returned in their original box and in an unused condition.
