Shipping Information

We aim to get your items to you as quickly as we can. 

For faster delivery times and more reliable logistics, we use fulfilment centres around the globe and they aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Once your order is confirmed, your shipping information will be automatically picked up by their systems and you will be notified by email with the tracking number.

You may not see any updates until the parcel is transferred to the local shipping carrier in your country.

Once dispatched, we cannot modify your shipping address but we will try our best to intercept the parcel. If you wish to cancel the order before the delivery, we can try our best to intercept the parcel and the shipping fee is not refundable.

 

 

Delivery times:

  • US & Canada

    • Economy Air: 7-10 working days delivery by USPS

    • Express: 3-5 working days delivery by DHL or UPS

  • Major Europe countries:

    • Economy Air: 7-15 working days delivery by USPS

    • Express: 2-5 working days delivery by DHL or UPS

Delivery times are approximate and delays may occur.

 

Duties & Taxes

For deliveries to some major countries, we will prepay the import taxes and duties that may incur. However, due to the complexity of international shipping, conditions my be beyond our control. You can contact us at contact@helor.com.au for more international shipping questions. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Should you find your purchased item(s) is faulty or damaged in some way, we are happy to offer returns & exchanges. If such unlikely circumstances occur, we ask that you contact us as soon as you can. 

Where the items are not to your satisfaction we are happy to offer a full refund on the costs of the items, this does not include shipping. Items should be returned in their original box and in an unused condition.
